All of our beers are bottled at source here in Conwy. I believe in the minimum of processing of our beer at Conwy Brewery making the beer taste better. I was heavily influenced by the great bottle conditioned ales of the past - Worthington White Shield and Bottle Conditioned Guiness. It does mean the beer requires a little bit more care & attention, we recommend the beer is allowed to stand for a couple of hours in the fridge before serving then one steady pour leaving a small amount containing the sediment for the Gods so to speak.

Shipwreck IPA. ABV 5.0% SUMMER - SOLD OUT
The Victorian era was a common time for shipwrecks in the Irish Sea off the coast of Conwy. One such tale of aship carrying barrels of IPA destined for India which was wrecked in the Irish Sea. The barrels were swept ashore to very appreciative locals who developed a taste for this particular style of pale ale. Brewed stronger for a fuller flavour and triple hopped with goldings to give the beer an authentic citrus hoppy flavour.
